Explore the diverse set of training Atlantic Forum offers to students and young professionals.

We strive to help young leaders embark on a journey that equips them with the information and inspiration needed to understand the world and be empowered to take action when and where required.

Our trainings are delivered in-person or online, through a variety of interactive instruments and exercises of various duration. They blend non-formal education principles, peer learning, and exchange, as well as personal and collective reflection. A safe and inclusive learning environment is at the heart of this educational adventure, guided by young professionals certified in working with youth.

Our main endeavor is to help young generations better understand and respond to global and local challenges by analyzing issues from a variety of angles. We invest time in adapting our courses to our audience, their background and their interests. Run in small group sizes of 10–15 participants, the trainings allow for deep dives into thematic areas, the active exchange of ideas, and inclusion of all participants in learning activities.

Courses are offered at the premises of the partner or online. All courses are offered in English.

Bonn Conference, NATO Simulation, PreBunking, and soft skills training are available in Dutch.

Atlantic Forum’s educational programme is designed by young people for young people.

Unpacking Today's Global Challenges for Young Leaders

Today's young generation has lived through a global pandemic, a complete lockdown and the breakdown of social and educational life, the highest temperature ever recorded in Europe and a war on the continent—all in only a matter of two years. The challenges we face today will continue to multiply in the future, as climate change, the emergence of disruptive technologies, and other unknown global phenomena will continue to unfold before our eyes. Only with sufficient awareness, a future-oriented mindset, and continuous up-skilling will our youngsters be able to show resilience, cope with disruption, and find opportunities in the midst of such uncertainty.
