Call for Papers: Atlantica, Volume 4, Issue 7

The Atlantic Forum (AF) invites members of the AF network to submit proposals for the seventh issue of the fourth volume of its online magazine, Atlantica, which will be published on 1 March 2023. Papers should be related to the issue’s theme, “Women in NATO” and focus on one of the following subtopics:

1.     Women, Peace and Security

2.     Profile of Woman in NATO

3.     Profile of Woman in NATO

The Atlantic Forum encourages patrons to connect with some of the leading women working with(in) NATO to help us showcase their accomplishments within the Alliance as well as their ideas for the future of the Alliance. If you have an idea for an interview, we are happy to help put you in touch with an interviewee.

Three articles will be selected for publication. Each author who is registered as a patron will receive a stipend of 35 euro upon publication of the issue.

Applicants should submit an abstract (or interview proposal) of no more than 250 words and a bio of no more than 150 words to atlantica@atlantic-forum.com by Friday, 20 January 2023. Abstracts will be reviewed by the editor of Atlantica and the AF director. Applicants whose articles are selected for publication in Atlantica are expected to submit a full draft of no more than 3,000 words to the editor by Friday 17 February 2023 (or after an interview can be scheduled and transcribed).
