Call for Papers: 1 September 2020

 

Atlantica, Volume 2, Issue 3

 

The Atlantic Forum (AF) invites members of the AF network to submit proposals for the third issue of the second volume of its online magazine, Atlantica, which will be published on 1 November 2020. Papers should be related to the issue’s theme, “What's next for US defence and NATO?”, and should discuss one of the following subthemes:

  • US presence in Europe increases stability

  • NATO, security and the 2020 elections

  • Combatting propaganda/fake news

One article per subtheme will be selected for publication. Each author who is registered as a patron will receive a stipend of 35 euro upon publication of the issue. 

 

Applicants should submit an abstract of no more than 250 words and a bio of no more than 150 words to atlantica@atlantic-forum.com by Friday 18 September 2020. Abstracts will be reviewed by the editor of Atlantica and the AF director. Applicants whose articles are selected for publication in Atlantica are expected to submit a full draft of no more than 3,000 words to the editor by Friday 9 October 2020.
