Call for Papers: 1 October 2020


Atlantica, Volume 2, Issue 4


The Atlantic Forum (AF) invites members of the AF network to submit proposals for the fourth issue of the second volume of its online magazine, Atlantica, which will be published on 1 December 2020. Papers should be related to the issue’s theme, “#NATOEngages”, and discuss the key takeaways from the previous #NATOEngages events:

  • Brussels - The Brussels Summit Dialogue

  • Washington DC - The Alliance at 70

  • London Leaders Meeting - Innovating the Alliance

In order to gain better insight into the #NATOEngages campaign, this call is only open to those who have previously participated in one of the above-listed meetings.

Each author who is registered as a patron will receive a stipend of 35 euro upon publication of the issue. 

Applicants should submit an abstract of no more than 250 words and a bio of no more than 150 words to by Monday 19 October 2020. Abstracts will be reviewed by the editor of Atlantica and the AF director. Applicants whose articles are selected for publication in Atlantica are expected to submit a full draft of no more than 3,000 words to the editor by Friday 13 November 2020.
