Call for Papers: 1 July 2021

 

Atlantica, Volume 3, Issue 1

 

The Atlantic Forum (AF) invites members of the AF network to submit proposals for the first issue of the third volume of its online magazine, Atlantica, which will be published on 1 September 2021. Papers should be related to the issue’s theme, “Article 5: Twenty Years Later”, and should discuss one of the following subthemes:

  • Continuing operations in Afghanistan
  • Article 5: From the Cold War to 9/11 to Today
  • Future considerations and new frontiers for Article 5

 

One article per subtheme will be selected for publication. Each author who is registered as a patron will receive a stipend of 35 euro upon publication of the issue. 

 

Applicants should submit an abstract of no more than 250 words and a bio of no more than 150 words to atlantica@atlantic-forum.com by Monday 19 July 2021. Abstracts will be reviewed by the editor of Atlantica and the AF director. Applicants whose articles are selected for publication in Atlantica are expected to submit a full draft of no more than 3,000 words to the editor by Monday 9 August 2021.
